Our client, JAQ Group / The Essence Vault, a rapidly expanding fragrance company based just outside Randalstown, is seeking reliable and motivated Picker / Packers to join their busy Despatch Team.

Pay Rates Week 1–12: £12.72 per hour
After 12 weeks: £13.45 per hour
Working Hours Up to 20 hours per week (Evenings) Evening Shift: 5:00pm – 10:00pm Monday – Thursday (4 days per week)
Opportunity to pick up additional day shift hours
Your Responsibilities
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Preparing and packing orders with care
- Carrying out stock quality checks
- Keeping workstations clean and organised
- Processing deliveries & liaising with couriers
- Ensuring all documentation is correct
- Supporting general warehouse operations
Essential Criteria:
- Own transport
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisation & time management
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive
- Willingness to work extra hours when needed
