Our client, a well established vent company is seeking a Payroll Processor to join their team based in Ballynure.
Pay Rate: £13.25 Per Hour
Working Hours: 2.5 - 3 days a week
Job Type: Part Time, Temporary for 3 months
Job Criteria:
· Previous Experience within a similar role, using Brightpay or SAGE payroll
· Competent using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
· Previous Experience using SAGE accounting software
· Sage 200 experience
· Purchase ledger experience
Job Duties:
· Using brightpay payroll system, process weekly payroll for the 3 group companies
· Monthly payroll processing for the 3 group companies via brightpay
· Holiday calendar maintenance
· Timesheet labour allocation
· Admin of DFEO/ monthly payments
· HMRC PAYE/pensions admin
· New employee admin
· HR admin
· Purchase ledger assistance
