Our client, Genesis Bakery is recruiting Hygiene Operators to join our client's busy and growing team in Magherafelt

Pay Rate: £13.05 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm or Monday – Friday 8:00am/10am – finish
Job Duties:
As a Hygiene Operator, you'll help ensure the bakery operates to the highest hygiene standards by:
• Cleaning bakery equipment, machinery, utensils, racks, bins and mixing bowls
• Carrying out routine and deep cleaning throughout the bakery
• Maintaining clean production and packing areas
• Safely using cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH regulations
• Completing cleaning records accurately and on time
• Removing waste and keeping work areas clean and organised
• Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the bakery
Essential Criteria:
• Previous experience in a hygiene, cleaning, manufacturing or food production role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to plan, organise and work efficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude
