We are currently recruiting Finance administrator on behalf of our client, Terumo, based in Larne.
It’s an exciting time to join a growing and expanding manufacturing facility.
Full training will be provided on site.
Pay Rate: £12.81 - £13.85 per hour depending on experience
Hours Per Week: 40
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary
Job Duties:
- Posting purchase invoices on the computer system, matching these with receivers and ensuring that these have been approved.
- Liaising with Department Heads over queries with purchase orders and invoices.
- Processing of Expenses.
- Overflow Switchboard and reception for the Harbour Facility.
- General office duties (i.e. scanning, photocopying, filing etc)
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by your Manager from time to time
Job Criteria:
- Physically fit to carry out job and able to attend work on a regular basis
- Minimum of a year’s administration experience gained within a Finance / Payroll office environment
- Computer Data Entry Familiarity with computerised accounting systems
- Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- To work to strict deadlines
- To work on own initiative.
- Able to work additional hours as and when required.
