Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembly Operative to join their team based in Portadown.
Pay Rate: £15-£18 depending on experience
Hours Per Week: 38
Working Hours: Monday – thursday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am -1pm
Job Type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Work with the production manager to achieve production targets
· Work with other members of the manufacturing/engineering team to improve processes and product.
· Up fit component assemblies on production lines to create complete machines
· Minor modifications of existing components to create customised final product
· Install and terminate electrical looms up to 480 volt AC
· Use hand tools and power tools as required.
· Complete quality and sign off checks
Essential Criteria:
· Comply with the company's health and safety policies at all times
· Ensure all production procedures are followed
· Work under instruction from production manager
· Understand electrical schematic drawings
· Complete tasks on time and to a high standard
Desirable Criteria:
· Level 3 qualified electrician.
· Electrical Maintenance Experience
