Industrial Temps are recruiting on behalf of our client in Antrim for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Salary: £26,500 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent from day 1
Essential Criteria:
- GCSEs in Maths and English
- Minimum 1 year's previous customer service experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel
- General computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
Job Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries from initial enquiry through to completion
- Understand and clarify customer requirements
- Maintain accurate order and quotation records
- Process customer orders through the MIS system
- Coordinate with sales, production, suppliers and other departments
- Prepare quotations and pricing for customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Keep customers updated throughout their projects
- Develop knowledge of products and services to effectively meet customer needs
- Ensure customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time
