Our client, a bottling company primarily focused on E-Liquid vapes are seeking an Administrator based in Dundonald.
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour
Hours Per Week: 25 hours a week going to 37.5 after 3 months
Working Hours: can be discussed
Job Type: Temporary
Job Criteria:
- Ability to interact with internal and external customers
- Act as key contact point
- Adapt quickly to changing environments
- Team player
- GCSE or equivalent and or 3 years customer service work experience
Job Duties:
- The ability to listen customer and Sales Team and adequately gauge and address their needs
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information
- Computer literacy, preferably including knowledge of CRM software packages such as CRM systems
- Strong problem solving skills to determine best possible results
- Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with customer issues
- Good command of the English verbal & written
- Presentable appearance and good hygiene standards
