We are seeking an Admin Assistant for our Client, a Pharmaceutical company based in East Belfast.

As an Admin Assistant you will play an integral part in supporting your colleagues and the wider network. You will be accountable for ensuring that the site runs smoothly from an administrative perspective, allowing the continuation of efficient service to all of our customers.

Working Hours: Monday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Tuesday – Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm

Hours per week: 40

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour increasing once made permanent

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent after 13 weeks

Job Duties:

- Investigating and resolving queries

- Providing excellent customer service to everybody you interact with

- Manage supplier orders

- Managing diaries, meetings and events, working closely with other teams on site and throughout the business whilst ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Job Criteria:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Possess the ability to prioritize and organize your own workload

- Be an effective team player with experience of working with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- At least 1 year of admin experience

- Have knowledge in Recruitment, note taking and Payroll
