At Industrial Temps our registration process can be seen as a daunting thing. Really it couldn’t be simpler! If you follow these steps you will be registered and ready for work in no time!

Step 1: Book Registration Appointment

There are a few different ways you may be booked in for a registration appointment:

- You can phone the branch that is most local to you: Belfast, Lisburn, Portadown, or Ballymena

- You can also call into your local office to enquire about any available jobs or to book your registration appointment.

- You may have applied for a job online and been contacted by one of our Recruitment Co-Ordinators to come in and register for the role you applied for.

Once your appointment is arranged, our team will guide you through the next steps of our simple registration process

Step 2: What you Must Bring to Registration

To complete your registration, you will need to bring the correct documents with you. This helps us verify your details and get you set up for work as quickly as today!

Please make sure you bring:

- Proof of Right to Work documentation (passport, E-visa, share code)

- Proof of National Insurance Number

- Proof of Bank Details

- Proof of Address

If you are applying for driving or license-based roles, you will also need to bring:

- Your Driving Licence and Counterpart

- Any Additional Licences (such as forklift or other relevant certifications)

If you are a student, please also bring your CAS letter

Step 3: During Registration Appointment

During your registration appointment, you will be guided through a simple step-by-step process to complete your application and can be offered a job on the same day!

- On arrival at your scheduled appointment, you will be given a simple registration form to complete

- Our receptionist will take copies of all required documentation you have provided

- Any documents not brought with you can be emailed to our info box: info@industrialtemps.com

- Once your form is completed, you will meet with one of our Recruitment Co-Ordinators for a short informal chat, so no need to panic!

- During the chat, you will be asked about the type of work you are seeking, preferred locations, salary expectations, and availability

- You will also be encouraged to regularly check our website and social media channels for the latest job listings

- The full registration process typically takes no longer than 30 minutes!

Once these steps are completed, your application will be processed, and you will be contacted in due course regarding suitable opportunities.

Step 4: After Registration

Once your registration is complete, your application moves into our internal processing stage, where our team works to get you ready for suitable job opportunities.

- Our Recruitment Co-Ordinators and Receptionist will upload your registration form and securely scan all supporting documentation

- Your documents will be safely stored for audit and compliance purposes

- Our compliance team will review your profile to ensure all Right to Work documentation are valid and correctly uploaded

- Once approved, your profile will be activated on our system, and you will be ready for work

- Our Recruitment Co-Ordinators will then begin searching for suitable job opportunities that match your skills and experience

- If a suitable role becomes available, you will be contacted with the full details

- From this stage, you will be actively considered for suitable roles and contacted in due course when opportunities match your profile. It’s as simple as that!

This process may sound full on but it is not, it is very easy and you can be offered a job within the same day!
