  • HACCAP experience and or qualification

  • Ability to demonstrate a previous experience of delivering sustainable change initiatives and results
  • 3rd Level qualification

Job Duties:

  • Lead and direct the Section Manager/Leader team with clear objectives to achieve operational and business plan targets
  • Understand the Moy Park Health & Safety Policy, Company Safety Rules and Statutory requirements applying to all operations
  • Deliver on agreed Health and Safety KPIs for your area
  • Ensure that all products meet or exceed the agreed customer specification and quality standards
  • Assist in the co-ordination of external customer visits and internal audits
  • Full accountability for technical KPIs ensuring that the company targets are achieved and appropriate actions to resolve issues
  • Deliver improved production efficiencies, namely output, quality, yield, labour utilisation, packaging and utilities and ensure factory variances are achieved within the specific area
  • Monitor that all equipment is fully functional and interact with maintenance
  • Take responsibility for ensuring appropriate plans are achieved to deliver peak production activity requirements
  • Develop, train, coach and motivate operatives
  • Lead and direct team members with clear objectives
  • Complete Team members' appraisals and provide feedback on their performance on a regular basis
  • Assist in evaluating, utilising, deployment and embedment of a range of continuous improvement and lean techniques to deliver operational excellence
  • Optimise energy usage, looking at opportunities for energy reduction and carbon footprint reduction
  • Work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental
