  • Proven experience as a Pastry Baker or relevant role
  • Working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations
  • Certificate in culinary arts, pastry - making, baking or relevant field
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Good English both Speaking & Writing
  • Baking Experience of Handmade Breads, Cakes, Pastries & tray bakes

Job Duties

  • Mixing, preparing and baking bread, pastries & desserts
  • Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time for opening
  • Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc.
  • Crafting and creating new and exciting baked goods
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to food health and safety standards
  • Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar
