We are seeking Spray Painters for one of the UK’s most advanced composites manufacturer based in Lisburn.
Pay Rate: £14.41 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours
Working Hours: Rotational shift (Days\Evenings )
Days: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm and Friday 5.30am – 12pm
Evenings: Monday to Thursday 3pm - 11pm and Friday 12pm - 6.30pm
Job Type: Full time, Temporary to Permanent
Job Criteria:
- Candidates must have good organisational ability, must be focused on safety.
- Spray Painting experience and good knowledge of spraying
Job Duties:
- All activities associated with spray painting
- Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency
- Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process
- Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any non-conformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader
- Maintaining appropriate records required
- The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment
- Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement
- Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
- The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements
