We are seeking a CNC Brake Press Operator for our client based in Ballymena.
Pay Rate: £13 - £13.50 Per Hour
Hours Per Week: 37
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am – 5pm
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Job Criteria:
• At least 2 Years experience as a CNC Break Press Operator
• Excellent communication both written and verbal.
• Reading Engineering drawings
Job Duties:
• Operate press break machine.
• Run bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches.
• Use a CNC controller to input information into machine.
• Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints
• Ensure excellence of health & safety, quality and environmental standards within the shift
• Perform complex programming using all features of the press brake.
• Work with tight tolerances.
• Produce parts for assembly operations.
• Meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
• Perform all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures.
• Complete and maintain paperwork.
• Ensure machine is calibrated and cleaned.
