We are seeking an Abattoir Operative for our client, based in Lurgan.
Working Hours:
Loading Bay: Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm
Kill Floor: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm
Pay Rate: To be discussed
Job Type: Temporary (Potential to become Permanent)
Job Duties:
- Trimming, boning, deboning
- Cutting standard or premium cuts of meat
- To maintain a clean and tidy area
- Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
Job Criteria:
Essential:
- Previous slaughter house experience
Desirable:
- Experience in using knives
