We are seeking a Payroll Administrator for our client based in Ballymena.
Pay Rate: Depending on experience
Hours Per Week: 37
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 5pm
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
Essential Criteria:
- General accounts experience ( working with sage would be preferably)
Job Duties:
- Providing customer service and clerical support
- Preparing and maintaining data, records and reports
- Ensuring the accuracy of timesheets
- Assisting employees who experience problems with their pay or need to make a change
- Educating staff about their salary and benefits and any updates to the payment process
- Answering employee questions about payroll-related matters
